Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready when we wanted to check in at 2:00 PM, but we were upgraded to a suite which was extremely clean and comfortable, with good beds, a nice bathroom, good TV, and a lot of space. The dining experience wasn't much better with a massive queue just to get into the dining room, and the limited breakfast options left something to be desired.
